Officials presented their visual concept for the redevelopment project of the neighborhood during a press conference on Wednesday.
The Undersecretary for Construction and Projects, Engineer Essam Al Mulla, told Al Arabiya that these damages happened within six months from the date of the removal of the old neighborhood.
“88 houses were demolished out of a total of 488 houses, around 12 percent,” Al Mulla said.
